Fish Oil Helps Depression

Talk with your friends and family if you are feeling depressed. A positive attitude and exercise may assist in your recovery. Exercise increases your level of endorphins, which are your body's natural anti-depressant. Also, try taking a fish oil supplement, like CVS/pharmacy Fish Oil soft gel tablets, to increase positive chemicals in your brain. The omega-3 fatty acids in Fish Oil may help to raise the levels of serotonin in your brain. Low serotonin levels have been linked to depression and other mood imbalances. Talk to your healthcare provider before starting any medication or supplement. This information is brought to you by The Doctors Prescription for Health, sponsored by CVS/pharmacy.
