How many Fish Oil tablets should I take if I suffer from eczema and don't eat seafood?
I dont eat fish or any seafood and i get severe eczema and i was just wondering how many fish oil tablets should i take. I currantly take 8-10 per day is that too much or too less?? I read somewhere that omega 3 helps ruduce the symptoms of eczema.
Fish Oil and Vitamin E?
I was reading this book on health and vitamins i think it was the atkins guide. It said if you take fish oil tablets you also have to take vitamin E otherwise it is harmful. Is this true?
How much fish oil a day?
I believe I suffer from mild Exercise Induced Asthma after running more than a mile, and would like to attempt to treat it naturally using Omega 3 fatty acid from Fish Oil.
I have a container of Nature Made liquid softgel Fish Oil, 1200mg. On the back, it says the serving size is 2, and it says that from the serving you get "Fish Oil Concentrate 2400mg" and "Omega -3 fatty avid (EPA, DHA and other Omega - 3) 720mg".
Directions state that you take the serving of 2 tablets 2 times a day during a meal, but I'm wondering if I can take more at once (like 3 or 4 tablets at once) daily, because 720mg of Omega 3 coming from a serving of 2 1200mg fish oil tablets seems kind of low for what I'm trying to accomplish.

Anyone with a similar experience? I recently did absolutely nothing different (2 weeks ago) other than to start taking fish oil tablets. My skin has lost its dryness and I feel much more mentally alert. Comments

Depression and Fish Oil capsules?
Hi. I have been doing some research on Depression and I have found out that apparently fish oil tablets are meant to be good. Several people have recommended PuraEPA. Suprisingly not the doctors though! Anyway I just wondered whether anyone had any stories about these? I am also on 30mg of Citalopram, exercising and have a healthy diet.
