Saying “most fish oil supplement products suck, here’s two that don’t” is NOT an endorsement of Advocare. How could he endorse Advocare? Their best selling product, Spark, contains sucralose which is an ingredient he has publicly stated he or his family DO NOT consume? Advocare is a multi level marketing company, be sucked in by the hype at your own peril OR do your research.

@romello5kuggz cutting refined carbs is a good idea, but complex carbohydrates are where your body gets its energy. go for low gi complex carbs, like squash, beans, lentils, whole grains… and eat lots of leafy greens and fiber

@healthyvegan my goal is to completely cut starch from my diet. no weight management issues at all. cancer and diabetes run strong in my family. the goal is to replace carbs with dha/omega-3′s & bcaa’s for energy. allergic to fish, so relying on supp’s. question is “is this safe?” r.s.v.p.

The point is that one of the products is Advocare and Dr. Oz said it is a great product! So why would a multi-million company make one great product and the rest horrible! Makes no since what so ever! The products work and I know people who have taken them! The proof is in the pudding!

Omg I take those too ahah I use to take the gummies but they tasted REALLY bad so I switched to pills do they don’t taste like anything and they’re big for me so I need to cut it in half haahaa–ava
