Those of us who are uninsured just have to do the best we can on our own. Not everyone can run to the doctor’s (which, in a way is good, and keeps us healthier). Anyway, now I’ll shut the aitch up and listen to what else you have to say…and thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!

@JuliaB1955 P.S. And no, I don’t support Obamacare or any such program. Mark my words, it will be an enormous failure, with many deaths as a result.

@JuliaB1955 Walking into ‘ Hospital” causes too many problems. Do not go. It is another national scam. Superstrains abound.. gee, I wonder where they came from (CDC Atlanta)?
It’s called “Obamacare.” Vote Obama if you like it.

@LP101A Aloha, The daily Green Juicing is working very well, thank you. I also changed my diet to a more raw food diet. Some of the raw foodist like David Wolfe, Mike Adams, Matt Monarch & others in the raw food community have taught me a lot about nutrition & healing the body. I got off all of my pain meds & NSAID’s and am going the holistic route incorporating herbs like Ginger & Turmeric into my diet to try to help my body to heal itself. Good luck & Aloha nui!

Aloha… i am not impressed with any of these 4. Kratom is a stellar for pain performance.
January 9th, 2012 - 03:14
@borisbmx Yup. Kratom can relieve pain but the pathway is basically that of an opioid and that is not productive long term. What I am after with patients is reducing pain via the inflammatory pathways. Nothing beats morphine for pain relief but you have to address what is causing the pain, these 4 herbs are the most effective and SAFE products I can discuss to the general public who are not under my care. I will investigate Kratom, thank you for the info. -SS

@backhealth here is a tip when you investigate kratom, include some experience with kratom. i was misinformed to do higher doses 7 – 10 grams, but later on saw how wonderful just 1.5-ish grams works first thing in the morning.
