@sstupidssmile They are fantastic I take them every night and its a tremendous help I have really acne prone skin and with these and my face cleansing routine it works wonders for me!! I actually have another channel its beauty2envy here on youtube and sometime soon I plan to make a video on how I take care of my skin if you wanna look out for that in the next couple of weeks

@beautyfx Thank you so much for replying back to me! I subbed to your other channel. Do you still have breakouts? and did it help with your scars and what not? I’ve been on accutane twice and I’m really looking for something to stop the oil, help the scars, and stuff

I do still have breakouts but not nearly as large as they used to be. I know this sounds weird but im not sure if it helped with the scarring its self because i use a scrub face wash everyday so that might be a major factor as to why over time my scarring diminished. and I have also been on Accutane twice so i def understand wanting it to just be over!!!

First of all fish oil supplements are a processed food !and they become Rancid on the process . all fish is contaminated with MERCURY and PCB …want to be healthy grow your own food and dont eat process foods my great grandmother died when she was 105 and she didnot take fish oil and no vitamin pills !! people are lazy to cook so they eat like pigs garbage ! and sit on the computure and on the cell phone getting emf radiation

Ok I have read many reviews of this stuff tonight and the first thing I am doing tommorow morning is going to the health food store.
Having nice skin and hair would improve my life so much, you have no idea, or maybe you do lol.
Sounds like it makes some people break out worse, so its not a miracle cure, but for some people it works great. I guess your proof of that.

it did not work for me, in fact it broke me out terriblely. i took gnc 1000. and the label it says epa dha together is 300 but did not mention the rest 700 is made of.

Babyyhannie I don’t know I live in scotland my mum bought them and sometimes I take them and I’m 11 it also helps ur nails grow recommend !
