I have a question about fish oil capsoles!The fish oil i take is nature made. Its 1200 mg.?
1200 is the mg on the bottle
fish oil concentrate =2400 mg
omega-3 fatty acids(epa, dha & other omega 3) 720 mg
It says on the bottle to take 1-2 pills 2 times per day.
With the info i gave u what is the safe dosage to take?I am a female that weights about 200 lbs. What would be safe for me to take?I am trying to lower my cholesteroll levels. I also am having my bf take fish oil to. He is 250 lbs. He has fibromyalgia. How many should he take?Hes in alot of pain. Does fish oil help for fibromyalgia?Thanks guys.

I’m going to check the vitamin there myself.
