    saturated fat is bad for you, you want unsaturated fat!!! saturated fat is bad because once the room temp drops below 300K, it starts to freeze up and it will clog up your arteries. Most fish oil are richer in unsaturated fat, that’s how the fishes were able to survive in some of the world most coldest water without getting frozen.
